The waee Center for Human Rights Training, in cooperation with the Human Rights Unit at the Prime Ministry, held the first-of-its-kind training course for journalists and media professionals on journalistic coverage skills for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism for human rights.
On the sidelines of the course, a consultative meeting was held between the government and journalists and media professionals on the Universal Periodic Review (UPR).
The course took place over two days, Sunday and Monday (1–2 October 2023), at the Geneva Hotel, with the participation of trainers, legal experts, journalists, and media professionals, waee.
